This warranty is only valid when the warranty information is entered below and submitted within 90 days from the date of shipment.

Special Technical Services warrants that for a period of (1) year following shipment, the Products will (a) perform in accordance with published specifications, and (b) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event a Product does not meet this warranty, subject to the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions, Special Technical Services sole obligation will be, at its election, to repair or replace the Product in question or to refund the purchase price.
